What we do
Consumers come to us wanting quotes for solar, battery storage, heat pumps or EV charging. We pass each enquiry to up to 3 installers covering that area. You contact the consumer directly and quote on your own terms.
You are an independent business. We are not a contractor, we do not take a cut of the installation, and we have no involvement in the work.
What we require
Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) certification for the technologies you install. This is not negotiable. Without it your customer cannot claim the Smart Export Guarantee or a Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant, and we are not going to send people to an installer who cannot deliver that.
Appropriate insurance, including public liability.
Prompt contact Consumers are told they will hear from you, usually within 48 hours. Enquiries that go unanswered damage the consumer’s experience and ours.
Honouring stop requests If a consumer asks not to be contacted, we will tell you, and you must stop within two working days. This is a legal requirement under UK data protection and privacy rules, not a courtesy.
Accurate quoting No claims about savings or payback you cannot substantiate, no reference to closed schemes, and no pressure selling. We take consumer feedback seriously and act on it.
What you get
Every enquiry comes with the consumer’s own description of what they are looking for, and a record that they asked to be contacted. The consumer is told who has received their details, by email and text, before you call, so your first contact is an expected one.
